Grilled Onions in Wine

So easy and very yummy!

This is a simple dish that takes advantage of the coals on the grill while you're cooking other things on top of the grill.

Ingredients

Cut the tops off the onion and retain.  Cut the bottom off the onion just to level them with they are in the grill.  You don't want them rolling around and spilling the good stuff.  With a melon-baller or a teaspoon, scoop out the center of each onion leaving a cavity large enough to hold the bouillon cube, wine and butter.  Replace the onion cap.  Wrap the onion in two sheets of aluminum foil, and place in the coals around the edge of the grill for 20- 30 minutes.  Mmmmmmm!
